承德三融畜禽有限公司新建何家店养殖基地项目 环境影响评价第二次公示

根据《环境影响评价公众参与办法》（部令第4号，2018.7.16），在建设项目环境影响报告书征求意见稿编制完成后，需征求与该建设项目环境影响有关的意见。
一、项目基本情况
承德三融畜禽有限公司新建何家店养殖基地项目位于河北省承德市承德县岗子乡何家店村。本项目中心地理坐标：东经118°0'16.659"，北纬41°12'34.699"，该养殖场占地121.58余亩，拟建设肉鸡标准化四层笼养鸡舍16栋，配套建设生活区、办公用房等总建设面积30020.09平方米。年出栏400万只。
二、查阅环境影响报告书的方式
公众可自公示之日起10个工作日内登陆百度网盘下载报告书电子版进行查阅，也可向承德三融畜禽有限公司所索取纸质报告书进行查阅。

三、征求意见的公众范围
根据项目情况，并结合相关技术导则，征求意见的公众范围为：以项目为中心，半径3km圆形区域内的环境敏感点，包括何家店、大河北、黄土梁、于家店、李家营、下河西、天地山、南沟、蝴蝶沟、龙凤村、赵家湾敏感点。
