根据我公司十四五战略规划：提升父母代种鸡养殖规模，拟收购河北远宏种禽有限责任公司的房屋建筑物及机器等养殖设备。
根据国有资产管理规定的相关要求，经聘请唐山中颐达资产评估有限公司对其资产进行评估，出具唐中颐达评报字【2023】第038号评估报告，评估基准日为2023年2月28日，评估资产不含税市场价值为12,675,556元人民币，大写人民币壹仟贰佰陆拾柒万伍仟伍佰伍拾陆元整，含税市场价值为13,816,357元人民币，大写人民币壹仟叁佰捌拾壹万陆仟叁佰伍拾柒元整。
