我公司为了收缩经营范围，集中发展主业，拟挂牌出让朝阳市双胞胎三融饲料科技有限公司30％股权。
根据国有资产管理规定的相关要求，中红三融经邀请招标委托朝阳正通土地房地产评估有限公司出具了《中红三融集团有限公司拟出售股权涉及的朝阳市双胞胎三融饲料科技有限公司股东全部权益价值资产评估报告》，根据评估报告（朝正通评报字（2022）第014号）采用资产基础法对朝阳双胞胎全部股东权益进行评估。评估基准日2022年5月31日股东全部权益账面价值人民币：3,804.31万元，评估值为人民币4,255.43万元，增值额451.12万元，增值率11.86%。
