关于武强广汇禽业资产评估结果的公示

为核实武强县广汇禽业有限公司名下栗庄养殖场的资产价值，对其进行资产评估以向衡水中红三融食品有限公司提供价值参考。
根据国有资产管理规定的相关要求，中红三融食品有限公司经邀请招标委托衡水正财资产评估有限公司出具了《衡水中红三融食品有限公司核实武强县广汇禽业有限公司名下栗庄养殖场资产价值评估报告》【衡正评报字[2021]第0425号】。该报告采用成本法进行评估，评估基准日为2021年06月07日，经评估，基准日房屋建筑物的评估价值为人民币565.29万元，附属构筑物的评估价值为人民币35.70万元，机器设备的评估价值为人民币19.32万元，委评的资产的评估价值总计为人民币620.31万元。
