关于朝阳三融资产评估结果的公示

落实中红三融集团十四五战略规划，提升经营性资产盘活，拟通过挂牌转让朝阳三融食品有限公司100%股权。
根据国有资产管理规定的相关要求，中红三融经邀请招标委托朝阳正通土地房地产评估有限公司出具了《朝阳三融食品有限公司拟出售整体资产评估报告》【朝正通评报字[2021]第006号】。该报告采用资产基础法进行评估，评估基准日为2021年5月31日，经审计基准日股东全部权益账面价值为人民币-1,109.34万元，评估价值为人民币-230.66元，评估增值额人民币878.69万元，增值率为79.21%。
