关于秦皇岛和康源资产评估结果的公示

为落实中红三融集团有限公司（以下简称“中红三融”）十四五战略规划，扩大种鸡养殖规模，中红三融拟现金出资收购秦皇岛和康源大融农牧有限公司100%股权。
根据国有资产管理规定的相关要求，经邀请招标委托秦皇岛求实资产评估事务所（有限合伙），出具了《秦皇岛和康源大融农牧有限公司拟调整股权结构项目涉及秦皇岛和康源大融农牧有限公司股东全部权益价值资产评估报告》【秦求实评报字（2021）第1006号】。该报告采用资产基础法进行评估，评估基准日为2020年12月31日，经审计基准日股东全部权益账面价值为人民币1,525.30万元，评估价值为人民币1568.50万元，评估增值额人民币43.20万元，增值率为2.83%。
